	The eTech Employee Allocation System is fully integrated into eTech's Time & Projects suite. Manage your employees' use of time and optimize the potential of your workforce by distributing your projects and time where they will be most useful.

With our Employee Allocation system, managers can assign employees to specific projects and determine the amount of time an employee will spend on a project by entering the dates and percentage of an employee’s time that will be devoted to the project. The system automatically calculates the actual hours and days an employee will spend on the assigned project.

Weekly Forecast Reports

By generating weekly forecast reports, managers can easily view which employees are assigned to which projects. The report also lays out the employee’s total allocation in relation to other users and projects.

With just a glance, managers can track employee allocation and spot which employees are either over-allocated (indicated in red) or under-allocated so adjustments can be made accordingly.

Weekly Forecast Reports can be generated either by project or employee, and allows a simple way to see the total capacity of the company’s work force, how much of that capacity is being utilized, and how much is still available.
